1. Who is responsible for your data

Ikpong Joseph, trading as Kelias, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: joe@kelias.tech.

2. What data we collect and why

Waitlist form

Name (optional) and email address. Collected when you join the individual waitlist.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing joe@kelias.tech.

Retention: Until the platform launches and for 12 months after, unless you request deletion earlier.

Pilot request form

Name, institution, work email, estimated seat count, and any message you provide. Collected when an institution requests a pilot.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to a business enquiry.

Retention: 24 months from submission, or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is sooner.

3. How we use your data

  • Waitlist: to notify you when individual access opens. One email. No marketing without separate consent.
  • Pilot requests: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a pilot if appropriate.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

Waitlist emails are stored via MailerLite (once integrated). Pilot request data is processed by the platform's email provider. Both operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. No analytics or tracking scripts are currently deployed on this site.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Request portability of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority

6. Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics. Session functionality, if used, relies only on necessary cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last reviewed" date above. We will not use your data in ways materially different from those described here without notifying you.
